EPISODE #15: FIND YOUR HAPPY

"There is no path to happiness. Happiness is the path "– Buddha

I recently discovered one of the most amazing books from an superly eclectic store in the Minneapolis airport called Frivolous (wonderfully unnecessary). The book I found is appropriately titled ‘Find Your Happy’, written by M.H. Clark and designed by Sarah Forster. And since discovering this book, I’ve literally read it to myself every single morning, which has been extremely transformative for me. It has become
